I joined Grindr a couple of months ago via the Apple App Store, signed up for xtra, and everything was working fine. I deleted the app a week ago and redownloaded it. Now that it’s redownloaded I can’t log in into my previous profile. I figured that my Apple ID login would work but it didn’t(thought I was trying to create a new profile), also my phone number and the email address associated with my Apple ID both aren’t registered as accounts. I really don’t know how to recover the information from my previous account, especially since I’m still technically paying for the subscription. Has anyone else had this issue?
