Mileage problems

My grindr is mixing up people who are one and two miles away with people who are 20 and 30 Mi away. Every time I refresh it moves people around but there are always some people who are way outside of the range that I have designated. I've tried reinstalling, updating, clearing the cache, force stopping, and nothing works. Has anyone else had this problem?
