Grindr cancelled my XTRA subscription because they think I am abusing a price offer they had

I subscribed to XTRA with an offer during Black Friday of 2019 where it was offered for 0.99 USD a month. I've been subscribed since then. A little over 20 days ago I stopped seeing my XTRA features on the app. I contacted support and after sending many emails and getting no response I finally got an answer today.

It is unbelievable that they did not even bother to send a message or warn us of this change.

I hope this brings some clarity to the posts that complained about this (post, post) and also be a reassurement of what we all know about Grindr's greed.
