Crazy dude won’t stop messaging after being blocked

Hooked up with this dude a few times like 6 months ago. DL type very flaky, profile disappears from messages, but ended things after he bit THE FUCK out of my lip without asking. I’ve told him that I’m not interested, yet still get messages even after blocking and reporting him an UNGODLY amount of times.
Literally blocked him twice today 🫠
Any ideas of how he’s getting around being blocked? Or suggestions on how to fix the issue other than completely deleting the app
