Hey sorry for the random question but I am purchasing a grill as a wedding present for my friend

Originally I was going to get a 300 electric treagar grill but some how it evolved a better grilled and he preferred propane.

It escalated further when I asked my dad for help and my family decided to go in with me on the grill as i was going for about. 450ish propane now we are looking at grills up 900 or 1000.

I think there was a Webber Genesis for like 710.

Does anyone have any suggestions on grills or like the best propane grill for like that range? There are some sales on but this is over my head

TL;DR what's the best prone grill for 600-1000 dollars
