First time with a Tomahawk

Approximately 3lbs.
Really happy with how it turned out. Reverse seared for about 30 minutes per side then ~2 min on each side over direct heat.
Next time I should get to get the coals flaming a bit more before then sear, but this was still great.
It was a really fun cook.
