Blackstone blows flames from under the griddle
Post Body

So I’ve had this blackstone in storage for a few years now and I finally decided to give it a go, I’m by no means a grilling expert, I do most of my cooking inside. So I cleaned it up a bit, followed all of the instructions for attaching the propane tank and lighting it, and once I turned it up a bit, a ton of flames shot out from the area circled in the above pic. I lost some arm hair and a bit of pride but other than that I’m fine lol. I tried starting it up again this time not taking it higher than low, but even after 5ish minutes the griddle wasn’t warm at all. I’m curious to hear if anyone can tell me how to fix this or if I may have done something wrong.
