I baked some jalapeño cheddar bread, of course much of it was destined to be GC. I also had this concoction of butter, mayo, olive oil, garlic, hot sauce, green onion, and shredded cheese. It was meant to slop on top of bread slices then broiled into cheese bread goodness.
I took that concoction out of the fridge, microwaved it till it was smooth again, then slathered it on the outside of this grilled cheese to fry it. Monterrey jack inside. 10/10 would do again
