In my opinion, I think it’s between Calzona, japril, slexie, and jolex.

I’d probably eliminate jolex from this first simply because I felt like they had so much time together where they were just happy and in a relationship that just felt solid if that makes sense. I also would say that they were the intended endgame. Like had Justin Chambers not left I do believe they would still have ended up together and were meant to end up that way. I think their split was absolutely horrible and the only thing that’s making me consider them for this list, but like I said, it was written due to real life circumstances which should be taken into account.

I’d probably eliminate slexie next just cause I feel like even though their ending was tragic, they still died loving each other, and and the drama that they did have, it didn’t feel as brutal as drama for other relationships if that made sense. I still felt like they were endgame after watching their deaths.

That leaves calzona and japril for me personally. I genuinely cannot choose between these 2 for which of them had it worse, the writers put both of them through the ringer lmao
