On a millionth rewatch (give or take) and am finally realizing how strange this is

Post Body

On episode one of the rewatch, been watching since season 1 in 2005 as a kid with my parents and NEVER realized this till now. I have a lot of family members who work in the medical field, and I have also spent more time than I would like in medical environments. In all that time, I have never seen a doctor sleeping on the job. I accept that doctor's work crazy shifts and might need to sleep at times during those shifts. But it is absolutely wild to me that when Izzy needs to get Bailey when she is sleeping, Bailey is just passed out on a gurney in the hallway. Where patients/patients' families can see you, everyone can see you. Find an on-call room! (and it's never explicitly said but maybe she couldn't find an empty on-call room, but if I'm being honest I would have rather slept in my car).
