first time watcher of the show here, and w me only being on season 5 i understand there's so much i haven't seen yet but man oh man... these second generation interns are really ruining my experience w the show lol. with the exception of lexi, they're all so ignorant and cartoonishly disrespectful childish in a way gen 1 never was. they constantly need lectures, they operate on each other for "practice", lexi had a cadaver excursion to try and delegate the latter (ik the 2nd yr residents took it over but it was still her idea and the other interns were down beforehand), they have little to no bed side table manners, constantly laughing at the most forced inappropriate jokes usually aimed toward patients

how can ALL of them (again, 98% minus lexi) be so damn dumb? im watching like "how did any of these people make it into this program?"

kind of needed to rant about that 😅 despite the irritant, i just started s5 e19. can't wait to see where things go!
