George - Still went on to become a fully-trained Trauma Surgeon. Spent years there, met April, and worked with Riggs. He came back in Season 11 Episode 23 during the tunnel collapse, for a much-needed break from his tour, and surprised everyone when he showed up in the scene. He will operate with Alex on a kid and will reminisce their time pissing each other off, but will laugh about it. George will leave after two episodes to spend time with his family in Oregon. Then back to the dessert. Then maybe back for an episode or two after a few seasons to be a guest trainer on Trauma Cert.

Lexie - Survived the plane crash but the physical and mental trauma caused her to "lose" her photographic memory. She lost Mark and tried to figure out which next steps to take. Had a phase similar to that of Cristina but she opt to do Psychiatry residency for a while, but then after dealing with trauma, she realize she didn't lose her photographic memory and just need to process the whole ordeal. As an addition to the healing phase, she opted to take her fellowship at Mayo or Mass Gen after Derek's death, her mentor. Will be one for a few seasons and come back during the time when Meredith won Harper Avery and when Meredith was in trouble in losing her license. She got COVID but survived. Returns for Season 19 to help Amelia on a Neuro project, and Lexie will meet Addison too. She will reveal that in order to process Mark's loss, she went to New York to see all t he places Mark mentioned he loved and all that, and her acceptance on his death came in full circle. Lexie will stay and a Station 19 and Ben's coworker will bring a patient to the hospital and Lexie and that guy will develop.

Izzie will still leave but pops out on late seasons with a husband and twins. Her husband is a Child Psychologist. She will work with Jo as her resident on a case together, removing a tumor, and will laugh about the fact that Alex was hard to love at first, but a great guy inside. Even though Iz and Jo haven't met, they feel like they both have closure since Iz loved Alex but loves her family more. She, Mer, Alex catch up at Joe's, with Jo tagging along trash talking Alex.

Mark will still die and pushes Lexie to evaluate her purpose in life and as a surgeon. His death will be a catalyst to a much more serious Lexie, but will retain her optimistic side coz that's what's Mark loved about her.

Cristina will be mentioned by Meredith that she visited Boston to give a lecture on some cardio thing and they party out but not the way they used to since Mer has kids now. Cristina shared that she wanted to go to Seatlle when Mer hit covid, but can't since many people in her own institute is inflicted as well and she doesn't want to leave her patients.

Alex will not leave, Derek will still die.
