After years of prodding me, I'm finally being convinced to give a go at baking for profit.
My problem is I over think everything. Been through the application, inspection requirements, packaging cleaning all that stuff, but it's one thing reading it from the state, it's another to hear things from people that have been through it.
So what's the Westmoreland county stuff like? Any parts that really need a second lookover in the application/inspection area? What problems did you run into? What would you have done differently in the beginning?
I'm asking and looking while around now planning to "open" in the fall.
