I've had my DB for almost two years and I haven't really taken care of it. First the rod went out. No big deal I'll light it with a torch. But recently it wouldn't feed pellets after getting to 150.

I contacted them about it and no questions asked I get a new rod and auger. I try it out and I find out the rod pulls too much current for the corroded 12v style power supply plug and melts it.

They send a new power supply. I'm now on two cooks with my almost brand new DB and it works better than ever! I ordered a cover and I'm definitely going to take care of it this time!
