Waiting for Green Card Renewal for 18 months.
Post Body

I applied to renew my Green Card in July 2022. Since then I’ve received two I-797 Notice of Action forms which state that this form proves my legal right to work and for residency for 24 months from the date my Green Card expired (12/10/2022).

I have not received my Green Card or any other communication saying USCIS needs more information or documentation or any updates on my case from USCIS since January 2023. I have tried multiple times to get an update via the USCIS website but it keeps telling me my case is within normal processing times. October 2024 my I-797 24 month extension will expire and with the lack of information from USCIS I’m concerned the clock is going to run out before I get my new Green Card.

Is there any other avenue I can use to find out why my renewal is taking so long?
