Long story short, active duty Air Force here. Went to SFAS October last year, didn’t make it through team week. New sorb recruiter on station at liberty told me I need a few character statements/ letters of recommendation from my leadership or green side SF personnel to qualify to come back as an inter service transferee. My leadership is writing the character statements currently but they’re asking for a basic outline/ nomenclature for proper addressing of memoranda. Recruiter told me it’s just a basic character statement and was a little vague. Wondering if anybody had any old character statements/ LORs that could be redacted so I could have a format to show my leadership. Any and all info is greatly appreciated and thank you all in advance.
