I am 22, 5'3; BW:145lbs - I've been following the 18A fitness program as recommended by the FNG Academy guys; below are my current stats:
Regular push-ups in 2 min: 87 to 94
HR Push-ups 2 min: 40 to 43
Pull ups: 26
Sit ups in 2 min: 85 to 87
Deadlift: 275×6
Back squat: 315x3
Bench: 225×3
2 mile run pace: 7:15 to 7:20/mile I have also been trying to ruck multiple times a week at varying distances with 45 to 60 lbs depending on what is programmed that day.
Any advice would be great, I definitely need to improve my rucking and runs
