Hello, I come asking a serious question. I have developed this tendinitis from training for selection. I donāt leave until January 2025 so I know that I have time. I took my doctors recommendation and took 2 weeks off with no activities to the legs except stretching and the walking but I had to wear a knee brace. This weekend I was freed to do whatever I want. I went on a 4 mile hike in which it is 2 up and 2 down and the elevation gain is 1146ft. As I was coming down it flared up in full force and I had a very difficult time getting down. I donāt want to sound like a āexcuse my languageā bitch but like I donāt get it. Iāve broke bones and havenāt paid much attention to them. Has anyone dealt with this before and what did you do to help yourself?
