Suggestions for best equipment to dress your sidekicks with, according to their character.

I'm trying to outfit the crew with equipment that fits them. Kurt (Commander armor) and Petrus (Saint armor) are easy. Siora should probably get the Warrior King. I was thinking of giving Aphra Asili's but that kinda feels skeezy, so I'll probably get high rating Grenadier armor from the vendor. Vasco is the hardest to fit as the Admiral set is locked to not getting max reputation with the Nauts, so I'm thinking of just outfitting him with whatever high rating noble armor I can find.
Any suggestions? I'm not really interested in the ratings, but the cosplay. Thanks!
