So I saw an apartment in apartment and got into a bidding process with the owner via the agent. Finally I made the winning bid and the offer was accepted and I was already making financial arrangements. After more than 24 hours the agent wrote me back saying the owner changed his mind and “decided to keep the apartment in order to renovate and sell at a higher price”. If this were another country I could sue for breach of contract. Can I do this in Greece? I made and offer and it was accepted, I don’t believe their story and I’m amazed at how unprofessional these people were for this whole process. Are there any real-world consequences for their actions that I can enforce ?

UPDATE: I realize this is pointless to try and sue, I surrender.
