The first one came through a back vacant lot with no house. The lot runs along my back yard and my neighbors. The puppy forced its self into my yard to get to me. Obviously looking for food and water needing a bath. That puppy was sent to a foster home in 2020. Now this new puppy came and decided it doesn’t want to leave my yard. Turns out it’s desperately hungry and thirsty, realizing there’s a food and water source outside thanks to my outdoor dog. Well after 3 days of being here we decided to bring the pup inside to bathe it since it’s been storming and we noticed clumps of mud stuck in its fur . Turns out this pup is infested with ticks all over ATLEASt 60 percent of its body. We didn’t realize how bad it was until his fur was wet. After getting the bath and removing a large amount of ticks he is still covered in a decent amount of pest. He is also extremely fatigue which worries me he could possibly be sick? But I’m hoping he’s just tired from the possibility of neglect/being lost. He did have a collar on with no tags. I will be checking for chips tomorrow as it is Labor Day. He’s such a unique looking guy. He has a face frame of beige around his eyes and cheeks on top of his head and also more beige ish golden spots on his back which makes me believe he’s a golden Pyrenees? Thoughts? Appreciate your feed back c:
