Hello fellow house pony enthusiasts,

I've got a bit of a problem going on with my buddy, Tank. The first pic is (a bit blurry) him normally. The second was taken shortly before making this post. The third is him as a puppy because he's freaking adorable. He currently has a bit of swelling going on with his right eye area, and only that area. He's also drooling *waaay* more than usual. Also a bit more lethargic than usual.

Here's the kicker- I've already taken him to the vet for these exact symptoms a week ago. The doctor did the eye swab thing to check for debris/grass seeds, even put in the green dye that detects if he had a scratch on his eye, nothing. Her best guess was he smacked his head into something and gave himself a contusion on the right side of his head which was causing the swelling/inflammation. We went home with some steroids and eye drops (prednisone and ofloxacin respectively) and during this last week he's shown a ton of improvement, even until this morning where it seemed like all was hunky-dory. All of a sudden (my wife noticed it right before we fed him and his brother/sister) he looks like he's had a run-in with Mike Tyson again and I don't know what's going on. My best guess is possible irritation from some kind of oil so we're washing all of his bedding. I'm for sure taking him back to the vet if the swelling doesn't go down by tomorrow morning to get him checked out again but I figured I'd ask you wonderful people for any advice I can get.
