Why is Gravity Rush Remastered so hard to find?

Did I miss something.
I have the Vita version and I pass on the PS4 version originally when it was announced but lately after playing GR2 I've been wanting to try 1 again so I was looking up the Remastered version, but, it seems to either be out of print or just really uncommon right now?
Did it only get a limited release?
Will Sony ever make more?
I'd like a physical copy but I don't want to pay $70-$80 or what ever people are asking on ebay :/
