It was a animated meme based on The Straight Blanchin scene from The Blind Eye episode. It started with Bill saying Look at me, and then a person (wendy) asking why is Gravity Falls back? and then another person (soos) saying the book of bill was the best book of the summer. Then they (soos) said that if the book of bill told them to eat their pants, they would do it. The most important detail is that it was animated on a Nintendo 3ds. I think it was on reddit, but it might b on Youtube. I can't find it after searching for it, but i want to watch it again.
