my labs came back as high as they have ever been before and I have zero symptoms? I never had any symptoms and have a low heart rate. Before diagnosis sed I was absolutely fine and healthy! I was thin but I was thin because I worked my ass off at the gym and with dieting. But I am sure my thin frame made the doctors believe it was graves. After carbimazol I got so sick lost my job and had such horrible signs of hypo that I was basically dying in front of my own eyes. I even fainted and broke several ribs and hit my head so bad I had to get stitches and stay in the hospital for a week. I got diagnosed January 2023. And after a week of carbimazol the symptoms started. I was not able to breathe, in able to walk, extreme weakness to the point of not even being able to carry my own purse. I had a heart rate of 30!-60 max. I was not able to get out of bed most days nor leave the house by myself. I was basically close to death. I stopped carbimazol around march 2023 and was Slowly getting my health back. I can remember the first time I left the house again by myself ๐ฅน it was scary but made me cry from joy. I was slowly improving until my doctor forced me on carbimazol again in July as I had hyperthyroid labs again ( I was hypo during carbimazol but my labs only showed a slightly suppressed t3 and t4 with a TSH 0.01!) And you guessed it: I was getting miserable again. All the symptoms came back but paired with terrible gastric symptoms like gastroparesis to the point of constant nausea and vomiting. I quit carbimazol in September 2023 as my labs where normal and t3 suppressed. Had a blood draw last week and labs came back TSH 00.1 and fr3 and ft4 elevated which has never been the case before . Usually TSH was suppressed but ft4 was in range. My whole family has thyroid disease. I donโt know why but I have the slight guess that I have some sort of a gene mutation that makes my labs come out like this but it is my normal state. If you get what I mean :( any similar experience? I will post my current heart rate. My resting is between 60-80 depending if I had coffee or have eaten a meal. My heart rate during the day (walking, shopping regular chores is 110 max!) exercise was 130 max. But only for a minute or two yesterday.
