This morning I felt a bit tired and lethargic when waking up. And somehow I felt bad and negative. I tried to do yoga to feel better, but the feeling stayed. Then after doing some chores, I went out and took a walk shortly. It somehow helped for a while, but I still felt tired and negative not only physically but also mentally. Then I canceled to go to the gym.
I just thought to suck it up and carried on by folding my laundry. When doing it, I realized than I have enough clothes that I can use for different occasions and more than one for each. Like for example, I have some clothes for the gym sessions, for my classes, etc..
And this is something.. we might sometimes complained that we don't have enough clothes to wear, but if you want to sit with your clothes or youd wardrobe, we actually have enough or more than enough. We shouldn't complain much.
Well, I don't have any branded items in my wardrobes, but I am so grateful for items that I have..
And this is nice that simple gratitude to things that I usually take for granted can change and boost my mood.. I feel lighten up
