Is there a way to slow the polling interval in the Apollo studio thing?

I havenāt used Graphql in a while, back when we had the āplaygroundā there was a setting to stop it from hitting the server every second.
Now, they seem to have removed that setting and if you have a log in your sever it will show up a million times in your terminal and itās extremely annoying.
How do I change this setting to likeā¦ once every 20 second or something?
