What runs and stories from the 80s or earlier do you think ages exceptionally well and recommend to new readers?

I recently asked what beloved and iconic comics/graphic novels didn’t age well, but I want to know your thoughts on what did?
From dialogue, tone, plot, characterization, art, inks, colors, etc, which stories and runs aged very well decades later and are great for new readers?
Comments
Akira. The whole collection must be over 1000 pages but the quality of the artwork never drops. It's so detailed. It's so freaking good.
