Best beginner guided sketchbook?

I am a graphic designer and have pretty extensive knowledge of the programs, but no clue how to draw. I want to be able to at least improve my sketches so that I can implement them in my work.
I have one friend who swears by her guided sketchbook, and I was looking at a couple on amazon. I was wondering what the best one to start with might be so I can teach myself.
