..and is it worth looking into a Mac Mini to connect to my already existing dual monitor setup?

How do I connect a mac mini to LG monitors? Does it instantly use up both thunderbolt ports? Are there thunderbolt to DP or HDMI adapters? (I've not been in the Mac ecosystem before, sorry)

What apps do you use for your entire workflow, not just working on your projects? Do you have organisation software, collaboration software, todo lists, preferred browsers, system modifications like Windows themes, keyboard shortcuts, macros etc. Everything!
