Anyone else finding the racing super dirty this week?

This week, IMO, has to be the most dirtiest racing I’ve ever seen. Blatant ramming & takeouts. It’s obviously the taming down of the penalty system. That works for the A guys but anything lower it’s a free for all.
The game is in a bad way at the moment & I can’t see it getting any better soon.
