Anyone else feel like they’re stuck in B SR lobbies?

This is pretty much how this game feels to me, I work my ass off to get into S SR lobbies only for the system to give you bs penalties that are out of your control. Not sure how to get out of them to be honest other than pulling over & racing by myself at the back.
