Penalty system is still a joke

PD really needs to do an overhaul of their penalty system. The amount of dirty drivers that are A and B rated is baffling. The fact that these people can get away with being absolute shitbags on track and still maintain their ratings is beyond me. I had a guy in race b take me out in the bus stop chicane full speed. No penalty. And no hit in dr or sr. Me on the other hand, got a 5 second penalty and took a hit in both. How the fuck is that fair? The guy who hit me is now an a rated river today, but I'm still b rated. The penalty and rating system is a joke and needs to be overhauled badly.
