Roundabouts in Michigan… what’s the general consensus on how to navigate them in Grand Rapids?
Today, I had a close call at the roundabout near the hospitals. A large SUV pulled out in front of me while I was already in the roundabout and almost caused an accident. I honked at him, and to my surprise, he honked back, stopped his truck in the middle of the roundabout, rolled his window down, and yelled at me, “YOU TREAT IT LIKE A FOUR-WAY STOP!”
Sir, that’s not how I understand roundabouts work.
So, fellow drivers and warriors of Reddit, what say you? In my opinion, driver’s licenses are handed out far too easily, and it shows when you’re behind the wheel in this city.
