Sherlock Holmes alternate forms?

Is it strange to other people that Sherlock hasn't gotten an alternate form yet? Of our three long-term mainstay Servants, Da Vinci has gotten two alternate forms, and Mash has gotten one (on a technicality). But our dear ol' pinching bag Shlock Homie has never been touched, despite being with us since Shinjuku, and has a confirmed alternate Class, though it is implied that his Ruler class is simply his Caster Class with better stats.
If we hadn't had Summer Da Vinci, I likely wouldn't have thought twice about it. But since we do have that alternate form, it's weird that Sherlock hasn't gotten anything.
