How many Servants use their "newer" Saint Graph as their default?

What I mean by this, in GudaGuda lore, Nobbu used to use her Archer form visage as her default, but now uses her Avenger 1st Ascension, while Ryouma now uses his Lancer as his default appearance, as opposed to his Rider form.
Are there other Servants who use their different Saint Graphs as their default appearance, over the one they were summoned in? I know Jeanne shows up more often as Summer Big Sis Jeanne than her Ruler form, but that's usually when played as a gag about big sisters.
This also applies to any Servant with a skin!
