Some folks here may recognize that I posted about the anti-theft on my car had been activated. This morning I took my key fob outside in the pouring rain, and I held down the alarm button for a few minutes. Nothing happened. I tried locking the car and unlocking the car, and it responded. When I press the button for the alarm again, the alarm went off. When I got in the car, I tried to get her started, but to no avail. Unfortunately, I’m presuming that the mercury is a jumpstart, due to the fact that it’s been sitting out in the cold for two days. The good news is I did get a response from the car, and when I went to turn on the battery, the car electronics responded.
