Is Halloween celebrated in GJ?

Random question, but is Halloween popular in GJ? Do people actually decorate and celebrate the holiday there? I live in fuck ass Texas and I think 99% of the people I've met either don't celebrate due to religious beliefs, or they say they do but it's really that Martha Stewart/Home Goods/middle aged woman trying to fill an empty hole with felt pumpkins type decorations. Please tell me people enjoy a bit of thrill in Grand Junction.

Edit: Its probably obvious, but I should have mentioned I'm thinking of moving to Grand Junction and I'm trying to get a feel for the city.
