I was wondering when you level up do you go to that new health or minus what you have lost from the new health.
Example spirit is 15 hp I've taken 4 damage so down to 11 hp
I level up and new health is 19hp do I get 19 or do I then minus 4 and go to 15 from the previous damage I've taken.
