Should I include an irrelevant internship document I wrote in my PhD applications?

Hi! Iām currently an MPH student and for my degree I had to complete an internship program where I wrote a white paper outlining health equity for a major government agency that would be in use for project planning. I am applying to data science programs in my area and talk about the white paper in my SOP. Should I include it in my application package?
