I am a current junior who really really struggled in first years. I am gonna try to graduate above a 3.0 but it is gonna be alot of work. I was wondering for those in a similar position how did you turn this around when applying to phd programs. I am currently doing research at lab at the moment. I am just really discouraged by the damage I have made in the past and in the right state/and improved study habits. I am looking into nit prep programs but unsure I can get accepted. I am thinking of doing research for 2-3 years and taking classes.
