Hello,
One of my schools has a 12/1 deadline (this Saturday). I completely finished my portion of the application, including submitting official test scores and all other supplemental documents, and paid the fee. I reached out to my 3 recommenders (well in advance) and reminded them of the deadline. One of them said that recommendations do not need to be submitted before the deadline and the other basically said the same, and that they’d submit their letter early next week. I will call the school’s admissions office to confirm this, but I can’t help but freak out right now. Does anyone know if this is true, and that the deadline for letters is more lenient than the other application materials that the student is responsible for?
Thanks!
