Iām currently an independent contractor as a personal trainer and will be applying to grad school for Strength and Conditioning for fall of 2019. My instagram is for my business and has videos and explanations of my training methodologies (which are all evidence based) as well as progress videos of my clients. The content I post is very advanced and beyond most trainers so Iām wondering if including this on my resume would be a good way for schools to see what my methodologies are and that they work extremely well. Thoughts?
