I don't know whether this belongs here but here I go:
TL;DR: Having a Program Crisis. Suggest alternatives to CS.
I studied Information Technology for my undergrad degree and I'm looking to move into Computer Science Masters. I've even gotten an acceptance letter, but I'm kind of disenchanted with IT and Computer Science. Maybe burnt out? I can't tell.
But I also don't want to do something like English and the like because even though I love writing and literature, I want (need) a moderate-to-high paying career.
So my question is, what other programmes do you guys suggest for someone with an IT degree? I'm thinking of Data Science already so please give me any others. It doesnt have to be related to computers or technology, but it has to be something that is in-demand, I would say.
thank you in advance.
