I'm applying to UCLA's Bioengineering program, and I am confused as to whether I need to send my IELTS scores.
I have taken the exam but I've been referring to UCLA's graduate website, where it says that if your native language isn't English, the English requirement can be met either by taking the IELTS/TOEFL exam or if you graduated with a bachelor's degree or higher from an English-speaking country (which I have).
However, I realised that UCLA's Bioengineering department does not mention this and only mentions how if your native language isn't English that you need to take IELTS/TOEFL.
The problem is I need to call my IELTS test center tomorrow to get them to send the scores, I'm worried it might take days for the scores to arrive.
Do you guys think the English waiver would apply to Bioengineering? Or would I need to have the scores sent?
