So I am currently drafting a CV trying to emulate the Harvard template that I found here. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1rK2prBm6ga4EGdlbNZ66NS0_KBLrOCSf/edit

*please note, I am not sure why the lines did not show up similar to how it did in leadership, i will adjust it later*

I am currently stuck on how to elaborate on the first point of my experience I pretty much have one line, but "Led long term study... syndrome" was 75% of my job. I bred, bled, imaged, harvested etc. So many tests with so many cohorts of mice, each spanning over a year. Unfortunately, other than the presentation I have listed close to the bottom, there hasn't been a concrete thing published for it. If i explain everything I do, its super long. Should I split it up into multiple points? I can't really state what I do like the next two points

My second work experience is a lab position, where I learned some of the skills. But it still isn't research. I am not sure if I should include it

Leadership section was listed. Feels weird. Isn't the same field. Should I just delete it?

Skills section was on the template. I've seen mixed reactions. I don't know why interests is on there either. I filled it out cause it's easier to delete than add. What do you think?

I am still embarrassed by length. I don't have any undergrad research I can add. Is there anything glaring I'm missing?
