MSI Z390-A Pro no display with GPU installed
Post Body

I have a MSI Z390-A Pro (MS-7B98) that is not getting video if a GPU is installed. I have ATX_PWR1, CPU_PWR1, PCIE_PWR1 all plugged in with their respective cables. Without a GPU it boots fine and I can get to windows and BIOS. I tried with both my 1060 GB and RX570 8GB in the PCIe x16 slot 1 and PCIe x4, same no display. No beep codes. Verified both GPUs work in my other PC. BIOS is on the latest version and updated chipset to: 10.1.18508.8239. Changed PEG0 from Auto to Gen1, Gen2, and Gen3 without any change. Enabled 'Above 4G memory/Crypto Currency mining'. I'm lost on what else to try as usually this would be a defective GPU, out of date BIOS/driver or defective motherboard. But it doesn't seem like that is the issue to me. I'm hoping there is just a setting I'm missing that's not allowing the PCIE slots to work.

BIOS ver: E7B98IMS.1D0

Specs:

MSI Z390-A Pro (MS-7B98)

Intel Pentium Gold G5420

8GB (2-4GB) DDR4 - 2133

Corsair RM850X

Edit: I'm a big dummy and accidentally had my PCIe power cable 8 pin to 6 2 in a CPU 8 pin on my PSU.
