Noobie here.

After extensive research, I just bought my 1st Rig. It's a 2x3060 setup (4x1660 to be added later), and I have been trying anything and everything I could find on the internet but still god knows why my hashrate falls back to 26 MH/s. My Rig Specs are as follows:

Inno3D RTX 3060 Twin X2 OC Asrock B450 Steel Legend Motherboard AMD Athlon 3000G Processor 8GB DDR4 RAM 256GB WD Green SSD

Stuff I have already done or tried:

1. Install Nvidia Developer Driver 470.05
2. Using PCIe 3.0 x16 slot
3. 1x Card connected to Monitor HDMI
4. 1x Card connected to Dummy HDMI
5. Multiple combinations of BIOS settings
6. NiceHash, Cudo, T-rex, Phoenix miners
7. Countless MSI Afterburner OC settings
8. Tried Overclocking with Nicehash Octune

No matter what I do, nothing seems to work at all. It seems somehow the GPU's know they are being used to mine and hence the limiter kicks in. Or I am doing something wrong.

Is there anything else I can try? When I read about people getting 45 hashes, I thought atleast I'd get 25 out of box and 35 post OC. But I have been trying each and every solution available online for the past 12 hours but to no avail.
