Hey guys, so I recently did a fresh install of windows 10 with windows 10 pro, all has been working fine for roughly a month, windows games are fine, as is wifi, dolphin, windows store etc etc,

however one problem persists that is that Epsxe no longer works at all, every time I load a game it gives me the "epsxe.exe has stopped working" crap, I have set this emulator up countless times on various machines and never had this issue, I have downloaded all visual run times and direct x etc (most games install that automatically so most of the time it told me the install wasnt needed) but still no dice,

changing resolution and even video and sound plugins just give me different errors, I have set it up exactly as I had it before re installing windows (it worked flawlessly at the time)

any help here?
