So I dont have much desire to play gamecube on the win, hence why up till now I have dealt with it being 90% playable but just annoyingly off perfect, however I really want to play through windwaker but sheesh I cannot get the same results others are getting,

I followed the settings in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FD4Jgz_Ftes

then just tweaked a bit, mainly just put the resolution to 800x600 not stretched so its in 4:3, that didnt change fps at all,

with dx11 I get 45fps on double dash (annoying sound stuttering) with minor moments of 50fps at 50hz mode,

windwaker I get 30 if im looking at a not too big area, but it quickly drops to 25 to 28 when looking at anything too big (like the town from the base of the lookout tower) yet I have seen people get a solid 30 to 31fps in windwaker that stays rock solid the whole time.

assuming my settings are exactly the same as in the video above, what should I change to get some better performance ?
